Beginners makeup kit

Hello to everyone reading this- in other words not that many of you. I thought I'd do a beginners makeup kit ideas post, except mine will be quite cheap and affordable not from high end brands. All products will be listed at the bottom and any other details too.

Too keep all of your products in you will be
needing a makeup bag.
I use a BB cream rather than a foundation because I find it much lighter and easier to put on.
Mascara, something I hate applying but it does the
job if you have rubbish eyelashes like me.
Personally I prefer cream blush to powder because
it stays on better and it's easy to apply.
Baby lips keeps your lips feeling moisturised and it
tints your lips aswell!
The perfect two-in-one.
Although I'm not that good at it, I love using eye liner
both liquid and kohl.
I love curling my lashes and making them look like they
actually have got a bit of volume.
Of course you will be needing brushes to be applying
 everything with.
It seems I am rubbish at putting on any eye product
whatsoever, eyeshadow just spices up your makeup a bit.
I picked a neutral palette so if I do mess up it's
 not that noticeable.

Think Pink- Lush bath bomb review

Been a while, but I'm back! This time, with a review of a bath bomb called 'Think Pink', bit boring but it's better than nothing :)
If you live in the UK you will probably have heard of Lush or have went in there already. I have only bought a few bath bombs and soaps in there, but I would recommend it if you want a little present costing about £2.00 and upwards- great right?!

Every time I enter the shop I just automatically go into 'smell everything' mode. A woman kindly shown me and my friend what different bath bombs and bubble bars did; which left me thinking about how amazing it would be to work in a shop where you can do little experiments and smell sweet scents all day long. We finally left the shop taking-yet again-Primark bags and our little Lush purchases.
 The picture above shows it
lives up to its name.
After putting it in the water
it turned a nice
pinky colour-and smelt amazing as you can
imagine!
Once the bath bomb exploded it left tiny
little pink paper hearts in the water (don't worry
they were very easy to clean up)

Will definitely buy this again! It left my skin feeling smooth and smelt so good afterwards as well :)
It's your life live it,
Maddie xo

Outfit of the day-OOTD

So on Sunday me and my Dad had a little bonding day. As you might see in the pictures it was a sunny day-for once!! Despite my Dad trying to embarrass me every 5 minutes, I really did enjoy it and next weekend we are hopefully going to be doing the same:)
This was the outfit I wore and I put a denim shirt on top as it started to get quite chilly on the bridge.

Hola!

Hey! I'm super excited to start writing a blog every now and then, it won't be regular unfortunately due to school work:( I'm gonna do my best to make sure my posts are readable, I'll attempt to put in little pictures of things I've been talking about, just to spice it up a bit. If you have any ideas on what to write about next, I would really appreciate if you commented:)
Also, let me know if you like the name, little blossom just came to me soo..yeah

First of all I had better say a little bit about myself, I'm Madeleine-although I prefer to be called Maddie, I live in the UK and I just turned 15 on the 28th June. I love reading, writing(obviously), photography, fashion and quotes.

So now you know about me, tell me a little about yourself. Go on, post a comment telling me anything from your favourite foods to your plans for the summer. Anything. I don't mind, honest.

All Things British
Forgetting about the bad
weather and crowded cities,
England is actually quite lovely.
Here are some pictures I took
recently.

I know this was pretty boring, but since I didn't really have a topic to focus on I really didn't know what to write.
Thanks for taking your time to read this, if you got this far you deserve a round of applause.

Stay positive,
Maddie.xo
